We pride ourselves on having 100% traceability with each and every ingredient we use in our products. Whether that’s from the moment our seamoss is harvested in St. Lucia and receives phytosanitary certification, or searching the world for the cleanest, organic superfood herbs - all of our ingredients are certified and organically grown without any harmful chemicals. We want the good stuff from foods grown without any bad stuff.
There are NO added ingredients, flavourings or fillers in any of our products. All of our products are 100% natural, in their original form - just how nature intended.

Seamoss
Our Seamoss is sourced from the clean, pristine waters of Saint Lucia. These waters are regulated by the government to ensure they remain protected whilst harvesting. It feeds directly off the nutrients from the nearby volcanic land, making it a prime location for harvesting seamoss.
Once our Seamoss has been harvested and sent to the UK, we send it off to an accredited lab for 3rd party testing. We are one of the only seamoss suppliers in the UK to do this. Every batch tested for its quality, purity and potency to ensure you are receiving 100% authentic seamoss from a trusted supplier. We pride ourselves on having 5 star food hygiene and safety standards, to guarantee maximum freshness with every jar.
Seamoss is a completely natural product and needs to be kept refrigerated when not in use. It takes a little journey for your seamoss to arrive - please refrigerate for atleast 1-2 hours before use. Consume within 14 days from the date on the top of your jar. You can also preserve your seamoss gel by adding it into an ice cube tray. These ice cubes can be used in your smoothies/drinks and lasts upto 6 months.
You can add 2-4tbsps to your favourite smoothie, porridge, water, stews/curries or just straight off the spoon. You may prefer to begin with 1-2tbsps daily until you adjust to the taste/texture.
Whilst we would love to provide an indication of how long it takes to feel the benefits of our products, this largely depends on the individual and their overall lifestyle choices: e.g. sleep, diet, exercise. Sticking to the recommended daily amounts over a consistent period of time is the best way to ensure you benefit from our products.
Some people say that sea moss is completely tasteless, whilst others can taste the ocean! Everyone's taste buds are different, nevertheless, sea moss is versatile and can be added to many of your daily recipes. Mask the taste and reap the benefits if you need to!
Subscriptions & My Account
We offer a subscription across our Seamoss gels and Adaptogen collections. If you choose to subscribe & save to your product, you will receive repeat deliveries every 14, 21 or 30 days. This will be automatically charged to your original payment method. The benefits of subscribing include 15% off your orders, early access to new products and seasonal wellness treats and priority shipping.
You can edit, pause or skip your subscription at anytime by logging on via our customer portal here. We require atleast 24 hours for any changes to be made to your order.
You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your subscription portal here. Once signed in, you just need to choose “Cancel Subscription”, in the main menu. Please note that we require a minimum of 2 billing periods before cancelling you subscription.
Unfortunately not. We require at least 2 business day’s notice to cancel an upcoming shipment. If your renewal order has already been processed, we are unable to cancel this.
You can edit and change your order at anytime you wish in the customer portal. If you are away, you have the option to pause your subscription.
Orders and Shipping
Our seamoss gels are prepared daily for maximum freshness. Any orders placed before 10am Monday - Thursday, will be shipped the same day via Royal Mail tracked 24 service. (1-2 working days)
Any other non-perishable items (excludes seamoss) may be sent via Royal Mail tracked 48 service (2-3 working days)
You will receive a text/email confirmation once your order has been shipped. In the unlikely event that you do not receive your order within 3 working days, please contact us via contact@myhealingkit.com.

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email confirmation of this which includes tracking information, so that you can follow your order right to your door. Please visit Royal Mail's website to 'Track and Trace' your order here
Your delivery experience is important to us and we are aware that on some occasions an item may arrive damaged. Please contact us immediately via contact@myhealingkit.com with your name, order number and photos of the damage to your product. We will aim to respond to your enquiry promptly within 24-48 hours. Thank you!
discounts and rewards
Check that you have chosen ‘one time purchase’ and not ‘subscribe & save’ for your item, as subscription items are already discounted and so we are unable to apply additional promotions. Email us at contact@myhealingkit.com with your discount code if you are still having difficulty.
