After taking seamoss for over a year, I can confidently say it’s one of the best natural supplements I’ve added to my routine. The BEST seamoss ever! wouldn't buy anywhere else. Discovered MHK on instagram after my friend Bianca reposted them. I love the texture & love that I can add this to everything. The subscription works great for me as I used to forget to re-order.
So far on second jar lasts around 3 weeks if you take one spoonful a day left in fridge not sure what it is supposed to do so i still waiting to see any changes
Love my subscription that I have every three weeks. It has helped me a lot with my digestive system and mood.
It has like a jam texture i did take it on its own but with it being natural product maybe best added to smoothies or whatever you like to give it that extra taste I have taken it for a few days so bit early yet to notice any change of energy levels

Love the packaging, love the glass jar, love the label but more than that I LOVE the sea moss gel. It doesn’t taste of anything but oh my goodness I feel so much better physically in my body since I started using it. I add two tablespoons in my cup of tea every evening and I swear I could feel a difference just after the first few days. I can’t shut up about it and tell everyone! 🫶

I have been using My healing kit supplements for a couple of years and when I recently noticed my energy was dipping during my period I decided to give mood tonic a try after speaking to their customer service.
