We offer a subscription across our Seamoss gels and Adaptogen collections. If you choose to subscribe & save to your product, you will receive repeat deliveries every 14, 21 or 30 days. This will be automatically charged to your original payment method. The benefits of subscribing include 15% off your orders, early access to new products and seasonal wellness treats and priority shipping.

You can edit, pause or skip your subscription at anytime by logging on via our customer portal here. We require atleast 24 hours for any changes to be made to your order.

You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your subscription portal here.Once signed in, you just need to choose “Cancel Subscription”, in the main menu. Please note that we require a minimum of 2 billing periodsbefore cancelling you subscription.

Unfortunately not. We require at least 2 day’s notice to cancel an upcoming shipment. If your renewal order has already been processed, unfortunately we are unable to cancel this.

You can edit and change your order at anytime you wish in thecustomer portal. If you are away, you have the option to pause your subscription.
