Sea Moss Strawberry & PB magnum Ice Creams
Who doesn't love magnum ice creams? Here is a healthy way to have them with Seamoss! Your kids with love these, and so will you. This is a great snack for a dinner party too and so easy to make.
Recipe:
One 250ml package coconut cream
7 heaped tbsp smooth peanut butter (or almond butter)
200g strawberries, hulled
2-4 tbsp My Healing Kit Sea Moss
1 tsp vanilla extract
2-3 tbsp maple syrup, to taste
To decorate:
150g dark chocolate, melted with 2 tsp coconut oil
Blend together all ingredients until smooth and creamy. Spoon into silicone ice cream moulds. Freeze overnight.
Dunk in melted chocolate, then decorate as desired. Eat once at room temperature, or place back in freezer until ready to enjoy
