Blueberry Cheesecake Seamoss Smoothie
BLUEBERRY CHEESECAKE SEAMOSS SMOOTHIE
Recipe
Serves 1
3/4-1 cup milk of choice (we used cashew)
One cup frozen blueberries
1/4 courgette, diced
4 tbsp organic cottage cheese or cream cheese OR vegan alternative (eg almond cream cheese)
One scoop vanilla protein
1 tbsp My Healing Kit Sea Moss
1/4-1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
2 tsp maple syrup or honey (optional) or half a frozen banana
To serve:
2 tbsp yoghurt of choice
Spoon yoghurt into your cup of choice, then use a spoon to smooth it over the sides of your cup. Blend together all smoothie ingredients, adding a dash of sweetener if needed. Pour over the yoghurt and into the cup and drink immediately.
