SEAMOSS GUMMIES

These IMMUNE BOOSTING SEAMOSS GUMMIES are so easy to make! No need to buy expensive ready made vitamin gummies for a fortune, instead use some of your seamoss gel to make your own! In this way, you can also decide your chosen flavours, colour and shape then adjust it however you like.

Children love these too! easy way for them to consume their seamoss daily. 


GUMMIES RECIPE:


1 cup freshly-squeezed juice (we used a combination of three lemons and two oranges)

2 3/4 tbsp grass-fed gelatine (Use Agar Agar, Plant based gelatine if desired)

2 tbsp Sea Moss

2 tbsp local honey or maple syrup

1/2 tsp turmeric

Pinch black pepper

Optional add-ins: Freshly grated ginger


Heat together the juice, sea moss, honey, turmeric and pepper in a pan on a low to medium heat. Whisk in the gelatine and keep heating until fully dissolved and combined. Pour into silicone moulds of choice, then place in the fridge overnight. Remove from moulds and enjoy
